St. Paul’s United Church Receives $42,300 Grant From Ontario Trillium Foundation To Install Partition Wall in Community Building To Better Serve More Community Groups
MILTON, Ontario — St. Paul’s United Church announced today that it has received a $42,300 grant from Ontario Trillium Foundation to install a full-height partition wall in its Community Building, which will enable it to provide more below-market rental space to Milton’s many non-profit community groups.
St. Paul’s is the largest provider of below-market rental space in the community. The full-height partition wall, which was installed in late December 2022, is permitting additional local not-for-profit organizations to have a place to support Miltonians and others with a wider variety of community services.
“The fact that our government is supporting St. Paul’s United Church with a funding of $42,300 through the Ontario Trillium Foundation is great news for our community,” said the Honourable Parm Gill, Member of Provincial Parliament, Milton. “Through the Ontario Trillium Foundation funding, our government is taking strong action for Milton.”

Originally founded as Milton Wesleyan Methodist Church in 1852, St. Paul’s United Church was established in 1925 as a result of the national merger of four Protestant denominations — the Methodist Church of Canada, the Congregational Union of Ontario and Quebec, the Association of Local Union Churches and two-thirds of the congregations of the Presbyterian Church of Canada.
